IJ SPACE was founded in 2014 by Taiwanese recorder player Yi-Chang Liang and Japanese harpsichordist Machiko Suto in Amsterdam.

'IJ' is Dutch, which is one of waterway in Holland. We hope our music is always fluid like water, and sharing our music with audience in a space.
